ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS – NO EXCHANGES.
ARTISTS AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Tickets are non-refundable. One ticket per person. There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets. The festival will take place rain or shine; this applies to weather conditions during the actual dates of the festival. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance, however, acts and times are subject to change without notice.
Each ticket holder must be present when exchanging tickets for wristbands at Festival Check-in. An individual will not be able to receive wristbands for other ticket holders, not present. Please bring a Photo I.D. – Photocopy not accepted.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and other infectious or communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria, or illnesses. Holder assumes all risk and danger including, without limitation, injury, death, personal loss, property damage, or related harm. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event in which this is issued.
We reserve the right to change our policy in accordance with changes regarding COVID-19. Please stay up to date on our eNewsletters, website, and/or social media pages for updated policies closer to the event.
Children 12 and under are free with paid adults and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pets or outside alcohol. Event takes place outdoors; please bring blankets or low-back beach chairs only as seating is not provided.
By attending Field Trip Fest (the “Festival”), you consent to being filmed and or photographed, whereas your image, voice, and likeness may be used by the Festival producers for promotional purposes. Any photography taken at the Festival, whether in digital or analog format, is subject to mandatory, non-exclusive license to the Festival producers for use in Festival promotional purposes. Any artwork or performances sponsored by the Festival or taking place on Festival grounds is also subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Festival producers for use in Festival promotional purposes. No videotaping is allowed.

Will tickets be sold at the door?
Yes, tickets will be available if not sold out in advance. However, we highly recommend purchasing in advance online as ticket prices increase at the venue.

Do I have to purchase anything in the festival when I am in?
No, everything inside the festival is part of your Reunion ticket. No need to pull out your wallet unless you want to purchase band merchandise.
What if I lose or break my tasting glass?
The tasting glass is aluminum so if you don't run over it you should be fine.
Can I buy extra commemorative glasses?
Yes, at the end of the event if supplies last.
What should I bring?
A current Photo I.D including your birth date (no photo copies accepted) and no exceptions for entry without this proof that you are 21 or over if you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages.

- Any kind of folding chairs (we will have seating throughout the festival)
- Illegal substances (no drugs of any kind)
- Glass of any kind (including last year's tasting glass)
- Coolers
- Camelback/water bladders
- Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles of any kind (Bicycle parking available outside of festival grounds)
- Weapons of any kind - knives and firearms included.
- Fireworks, sparklers, or incendiary devices
- Laser pointers
- Professional or prosumer cameras and/or equipment (no long/large/zoom/detachable lenses, tripods, drones, or GoPros)
- Umbrellas
- Water guns, water balloons, and/or any other kind of water projectile
- Unauthorized Vendors
- Stickers/flyers/solicitations
- No Wagons
- No Pets
- Empty plastic or metal water bottle (no glass)

- Prescribed medication (in original container with doctor's note matching ID)

Can I bring my kids?
Children 12 and under are free with a paid adult. Ages 12+ must purchase a ticket. Parents are wholly responsible for the enjoyment and safety of their children. There aren’t many activities suitable for (or interesting to) children during the festival. Though we can’t recommend specific daycare providers, we do suggest that attendees with young children ensure that there is an adult in their party who is dedicated to watching over the little ones, especially given the very large crowds we tend to get. Please provide your child with ear protection, as loud music is not safe for their ears.
Is re-entry allowed for breast feeding mothers?
Yes, you can exit and re-enter the festival at your convenience, once you receive your wristband. Your wristband is non-replaceable and non-transferable, so do not remove it.
